The golf clubs were supposedly arriving on next day, it took two and a half weeks and numerous phone calls to firstly locate them in the country and then arrange another delivery time. I was promised another one, spent another day sitting in waiting, they eventually arrived in an awful condition. The seller hadn't covered them in protected plastic or strong box and then the carrier, (City Link) had managed to totally destroy the packaging, some of the holes they had covered with their tape the rest had just been left. There was no need to open any of the packaging as I could remove the contents through the massive holes. When I looked at the clubs they were damaged, due to the lack of care by City Link and the poor quality of wrapping from the seller. Every other golf club we have purchased have always come in an appropriate box and protective covering. For such an expensive item the lack of care was immense. Unfortunately this seller has lost a lot of future customers.
